Commercial Flooring Sales/Project Manager

My client, an established commercial flooring company, is seeking an experienced Commercial Sales/Project Manager to generate new business and manage projects from proposal through completion.

Responsibilities

• Leverage an existing book of business to generate sales

• Develop relationships with contractors, developers, property managers, and commercial clients

• Manage estimating, proposals, negotiations, scheduling, installation, and project closeout

• Oversee budgets, profitability, timelines, and customer communication

Requirements

• Active, transferable book of business

• Proven minimum of $1 million in annual sales

• Commercial flooring sales and project-management experience

• Strong industry relationships and communication skills

Compensation/Benefits

• $90,000–$125,000 annual compensation
