Description

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Interior Project Manager - CT to lead the successful delivery of commercial interior fit-out and renovation projects throughout Connecticut. This role offers the opportunity to manage projects from preconstruction through closeout while working with a respected General Contractor known for delivering high-quality spaces for repeat clients.

Description

As a Commercial Interior Project Manager - CT you will:

      • Manage commercial interior construction projects from award through closeout.
      • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and procurement logs.
      • Lead RFIs, submittals, change orders, contract administration, and project documentation.
      • Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams.
      • Monitor project financials and ensure profitability goals are achieved.
      • Conduct project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
      • Support project teams in resolving scheduling, logistical, and construction challenges.
      • Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Profile

A successful Commercial Interior Project Manager - CT:

      • 5+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor.
      • Proven experience managing commercial interior construction projects.
      • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
      • Strong knowledge of contracts, project financials, scheduling, RFIs, and change management.
      • Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
      • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
