LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Paralegal to join a respected law firm in Tampa, Florida. This position supports high-volume litigation matters and is ideal for a paralegal who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support attorneys through all phases of litigation, from case inception through trial
  • Manage discovery, including document organization and deadline tracking
  • Assist with eDiscovery tasks such as uploading, reviewing, and organizing records
  • Prepare legal documents, filings, and exhibits
  • Coordinate depositions, hearings, and trial preparation
  • Maintain case calendars and monitor critical deadlines
  • Communicate with attorneys, clients, vendors, and court personnel as needed
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of litigation paralegal experience
  • Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple matters and competing deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • eDiscovery and/or Relativity experience preferred
