A growing insurance brokerage is expanding across the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast and is seeking an experienced Commercial Marketing Director to join its team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercial insurance professional who enjoys working strategically with Producers and Account Executives to develop creative marketing strategies, negotiate with carriers, and deliver strong solutions for clients.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with Producers and Account Executives to market commercial insurance accounts

• Develop and execute effective account marketing strategies

• Negotiate coverage, pricing, and terms with insurance carriers

• Build and maintain strong carrier relationships

• Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative client solutions

• Stay current on market conditions, carrier appetites, and industry trends

• Contribute to a collaborative, forward-thinking team environment
