Commercial Project ManagerOur client is a well-established general contracting firm recognized for delivering high-quality commercial interior projects throughout New Jersey and the surrounding region. With a commitment to professionalism, transparency, and strong relationships, the organization prides itself on a collaborative environment and long-term team growth.Job DescriptionOversee full project lifecycle for commercial construction projects ranging from $500K-$20M.Manage day-to-day coordination with General Contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.Lead project planning including schedules, budgets, procurement, and change management.Utilize Procore for documentation, RFIs, submittals, daily reports, and progress tracking.Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.Maintain consistent communication with clients, ensuring expectations are clear and met.Review and approve invoices, pay applications, and cost controls.Prepare and deliver progress updates, project reports, and closeout documentation.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
