Job Description
Responsibilities Include:
- Manage day-to-day construction site operations from mobilization through project completion
- Lead and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel
- Develop and maintain project schedules and drive production to meet milestones
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with project drawings, specifications, and quality expectations
- Monitor and enforce site safety procedures and company safety standards
- Conduct jobsite meetings and communicate progress to project stakeholders
- Coordinate inspections, testing, and permitting requirements
- Identify and proactively resolve construction challenges and schedule conflicts
- Drive productivity while maintaining quality workmanship
- Review construction documents and collaborate with project management teams on RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Maintain accurate project documentation, daily reports, and field records
- Foster a positive, professional jobsite culture focused on teamwork and accountability

The Successful Applicant
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent, Lead Superintendent, or Senior Superintendent
- Experience managing commercial construction, multifamily construction, healthcare, industrial, education, mixed-use, or large-scale building projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, scheduling, safety practices, and quality control
- Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and project stakeholders
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Knowledge of scheduling software and construction management platforms
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated ability to manage fast-paced projects while maintaining a strong attention to detail
- OSHA training or related safety certifications preferred
