Job Details
- Manage day to day field operations, including planning, sequencing, procurement, and subcontractor supervision
- Promote and enforce jobsite safety, cleanliness, and all safety policies and procedures
- Build and maintain the project schedule, managing changes in schedule and scope
- Oversee QA/QC, inspections, and punch list execution through closeout
- Plan site logistics, hoisting, and vertical transportation, including crane sizing and placement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of progressive construction experience, including 2+ years as a foreman or 4+ years as an assistant superintendent
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, CPM scheduling (P6 or equivalent), and cost reports and change orders
- Experience working with unions and dispatching
- OSHA 30 (or BCSP certification)
