Position Title: Communications Specialist

Department/Location: Wauwatosa School District/Fisher Building

Job Classification: Select Employee (Exempt)

Reports to: Director of Strategic Communications

Supervises: N.A.

Anticipated Start Date: July 1, 2026

Anticipated Hours: 40 hours per week

Anticipated Rate of Pay: Commensurate with experience

Position Summary: Wauwatosa School District is seeking a creative and motivated communications professional to serve the Communications Department with a focus on digital content creation, research, and management for public-facing communication and community engagement. This role will assist with developing and curating strategic content for Wauwatosa School District''s website, social media platforms, marketing campaigns, and more, to support and extend opportunities for the public to engage with the district.
