Era Living is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to become the newest member of our Community Health team located in our University House Issaquah, Issaquah, WA community. Available shifts will be scheduled Tuesday - Friday, 9:00AM to 5:30PM.

Primary Responsibilities:
The Community Health Administrative Assistant supports the team by acting as the first point of contact for residents, family members, medical providers and outside agencies. This role will create and maintain department documents, forms and spreadsheets, and provide administrative support to the Community Health Director, Personal Services Manager and department staff. The Administrative Assistant will also assist with care, taking vital signs and scheduling for resident assistants as needed.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a demonstrated sensitivity to the needs of older adults and their families
- Knowledge and proficiency with MS Office applications
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English
- Ability to pass DSHS background check, required
Education and Experience:
- A High School diploma or GED certificate, preferred
- Certified Nursing Assistant or Home Care Aide Certification required; Registered Nursing Assistant Certification acceptable with proof of graduation from Era Living approved school, a copy of NAR license, and on condition that CNA license is earned within 120 days of hire
- Medical Assistant Certification preferred
- Food Handler's Certificate or able to obtain within 14 days of hire
