Make a difference in your community. ECLARO is looking for a Computer Support Specialist for our client in Albany, NY.

Position Overview:
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and highly motivated individuals able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume office environment.
- The successful consultant should be willing and able to multitask and move from assignment to assignment as deadlines and priorities change.
- Knowledge of complex databases and how to learn new processes quickly and efficiently is a must.
- Must have good interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both internal and external consumers.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the program functions
- Providing analysis of data,
- Create and maintain data dictionaries,
- Run and maintain data pipeline processes,
- Map existing databases and perform routine database maintenance as specifically directed,
- Provide various aspects of general computer support,
- Provide training and support for Client, providers and consumers
Require Qualifications:
- A high school diploma (or equivalent),
- Two-year minimum experience working in a professional IT based setting,
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (specifically Excel, Sharepoint and Access),
- The ability to enter data into, and extract data from, electronic databases,
- The ability to work independently and on a team with different personalities,
- The ability to handle multiple, shifting priorities,
- Good interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with internal and external entities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Microsoft Office products
- Experience creating and maintaining databases and mapping existing databases
- Experience in SQL, Python, R or Tableau
