The position partners closely with the IT Help Desk, Infrastructure Team, Facilities, Security, and other campus departments to deliver high-quality services while maintaining responsibility for the operation, support, planning, and continuous improvement of classroom technology and events. Support and maintain ceiling-mounted projectors, Promethean interactive flat panels, document cameras, projection screens, classroom audio systems, wireless presentation systems, microphones, amplifiers, and digital signal processors (DSPs).
