What You'll Do

As a Construction Administrative Assistant, you"ll support our Division President and Vice President of Construction by keeping sign-ups, sales, and closing activity organized in Salesforce, tracking leads and upcoming closings, and checking in with leadership to keep things moving. You"ll also help manage permitting and provide general administrative support to the Construction team. It"s a great fit for someone who is organized, computer-savvy, and detail-oriented.

• Help manage new home sign-ups and keep sales and closing activity up to date in Salesforce
• Monitor leads and help track projected closings
• Check-in with local leadership regularly to get status updates and help resolve any issues
• Assist with acquiring permits from various cities
• Support the Division President and VP of Construction with day-to-day admin: organizing documents, filing, and general office support
