Position: Construction Associate Attorney

Salary: $135,000+

Key Responsibilities

• Develop legal strategies for construction and surety matters.

• Represent clients in court, arbitration, and dispute negotiations.

• Manage discovery, litigation processes, and contract negotiations.

• Research complex legal issues and draft briefs and legal documents.

• Advise clients on construction claims and industry business risks.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years in construction or surety law.

• Credentials: J.D. with strong academic standing; active Ohio Bar license.

• Skills: Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills; ability to handle high-volume litigation in a fast-paced environment.
