As a Foreman in Training, you’ll work alongside experienced leaders, learn high-demand skills, and develop the ability to create permanent, high-quality solutions for homeowners. Within 90 days, you’ll have the opportunity to step into a Foreman role and increase your earning potential.

What You’ll Do- Assist crew leaders on residential foundation repair projects
- Learn how to create high-quality, long-lasting solutions for customers
- Work with tools and equipment designed for safety and efficiency
- Deliver a professional, positive experience on every job site
- Travel to job sites and gain exposure to a variety of projects
- Build the skills needed to lead your own crew
What You’ll Get- $28/hour starting pay
- Production bonus after training (increase your earnings as you grow)
- Monday–Friday schedule (consistent weekly hours)

What We’re Looking For- Experience in carpentry, framing, or construction
- Ability to perform physically demanding work
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Leadership potential (or desire to grow into leadership)
- Valid driver’s license
Bonus Points For:- Remodeling or structural repair experience
- Working under homes (beams, joists, subfloors)
