Key Responsibilities:

Manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors

Coordinate client communication and expectations

Oversee procurement and project documentation

Ensure timely project delivery

Manage multiple small projects simultaneously

Qualifications 8+ years project management experience

Historical Restoration and multifamily experience preferred but not required 

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects
