The role will also support Maguire’s growing Design-Build and CMAR approach by engaging earlier in the project lifecycle, helping define scopes of work, identifying project risks, building subcontractor strategies, supporting preconstruction planning, and ensuring each project is positioned for successful execution before construction begins. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative, detail-oriented project leader who can work across sales, preconstruction, engineering partners, field operations, subcontractors, owners, and municipal customers to deliver projects that strengthen Maguire’s reputation as a trusted leader in water storage infrastructure.
