Position Overview
As the Office Manager / Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing daily administrative functions, coordinating internal communications, supporting operational processes, and serving as the primary office contact. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Office Administration
- Manage daily office operations and administrative activities
- Maintain organized files, records, and documentation
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
- Support leadership with administrative projects and special assignments
- Assist in maintaining efficient office procedures and workflows
Communication & Front Office Support
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
- Respond to emails and inquiries in a timely manner
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications
- Welcome visitors and maintain a professional office environment
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and company events
Employee & Team Support
- Coordinate employee communications and company announcements
- Assist with onboarding paperwork and administrative processes
- Support employee records management and document organization
- Help facilitate communication between departments and leadership
- Provide administrative support to management and team members as needed
Administrative & Financial Coordination
- Work closely with bookkeeping and leadership teams
- Assist with document collection, reporting, and administrative tracking
- Support operational recordkeeping and business administration functions
- Help ensure accuracy and organization of office-related information
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an Office Manager, Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional and customer-service-oriented approach
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and general office technology
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Compensation
Target Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 annually, based on experience, qualifications, and overall fit.
