Construction Procurement Coordinator/Analyst/Specialist

JSG is recruiting a Procurement Coordinator for a client in Chandler AZ.
Position Overview
As a Construction Procurement Coordinator/Analyst/Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting complex construction projects by managing procurement activities, analyzing costs, and ensuring contract integrity. Your work will directly influence project delivery, stakeholder satisfaction, and operational efficiency—helping build the infrastructure of tomorrow.

Pay $40/hour to $45/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain clear and organized procurement workflows via meticulous trackers and documentation.
• Facilitate communication and coordination across the commercial team, ensuring timely progress on actions, risks, and obligations.
• Assist in preparing reports, analyses, and documentation to support project governance and decision-making.
• Support contract management by handling amendments, notices, and documents—ensuring accuracy, version control, and accessibility.
• Evaluate contractor claims and change order requests, ensuring contractual deadlines and obligations are met.
• Contribute to RFP processes, contract negotiations, and related RFx activities.
• Monitor supplier and contractor performance by preparing, distributing, and analyzing report cards.
• Conduct cost and price analysis, validate pricing submissions, and assess potential contract changes.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism while adhering to all policies and procedures.
• Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, escalating risks and issues proactively.

Must-Have Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in construction procurement or related field
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a hybrid work environment
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Experience with contract management, analysis, and procurement processes
• Local candidates near Chandler, AZ or Hillsboro, OR, only

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• 5 or more years’ experience in construction procurement or project support
