TITLE: Construction Project Coordinator
TYPE: Direct Hire
LOCATION: Fort Washington, PA
ONSITE/REMOTE/HYBRID: Onsite
SHIFT: Monday-Friday, 8 am – 5 pm
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support its leadership team with daily operations, material coordination, and project tracking. This is a key role offering direct exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to play an integral part in field and office collaboration. Ideal for a recent Construction Management graduate or a detail-oriented coordinator with construction experience.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES- Support the VP of Construction and Director of Field Installation with day-to-day coordination
- Perform structural steel stud and equipment takeoffs
- Manage ordering and tracking of materials, tools, and construction supplies
- Assist with project schedules, tracking progress, and maintaining timelines
- Communicate with field teams, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure project flow
- Maintain and organize project documentation, change orders, and status updates
- Prepare reports and assist with budget tracking as directed
- Monitor project milestones and flag issues or delays for resolution
- Provide responsive administrative and logistical support across multiple job sites
QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred; relevant experience will be considered
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Confident communicator who can collaborate effectively with field and leadership teams
- Comfortable handling material estimates and construction documentation
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and follow through without close supervision
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management software is a plus
