Russ Hadick & Associates has partnered with a Columbus, OH client to help them search and qualify candidates for their Project Manager position. Primary responsibilities of the job include:
- Seeking PM experience with public works, fire stations, police stations, and municipal buildings
- Experience running your own jobs with strong leadership skills
- Must have experience with projects from $1-10 million in size
- Must have at least 10 years’ experience
- Ground up experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Successfully completing projects on time and on budget
A successful candidate will possess the following:
- A 4-year degree in Construction or Engineering
- Direct experience in preferred fields
- Previous experience running projects up to $10 million
- A desire to do things right the first time
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
- Understanding of shop drawings
- Ability to maintain schedules and budgets
- Public Works experience required
Salary Range: $100-130K
