Construction Sales Rep needs 2+ years experience
Construction Sales Rep requires:
- HVAC/construction industry with sales
- Onsite
- Knowledge of Building Systems, strong
- Excellent attendance record
- Ability to learn quickly
- Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Customer relations, presentations, and sales motivation
- Strong keyboarding and typing skills
- Marketing, or technical field preferred
Construction Sales Rep duties:
- Primary point of contact for a Sales Manager
- Support the complete lifecycle such as participating in development of bids, proposals, contract documents, including but not limited to RFPs/RFIs
- Read, analyze, and interpret general business documents (terms and conditions, technical procedures).
- Ensure compliance and consistency with business policy and procedures as it relates to preparing and documenting paperwork
