Job Description
Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications. Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, and materials to meet project timelines. Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations at all times. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project managers. Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction. Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and specifications. Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and stakeholders. Manage on-site documentation, including daily logs and reports.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Construction Superintendent should have: 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a General Contractor Experience managing commercial construction projects Strong understanding of construction means and methods Proven ability to manage schedules and subcontractor performance Excellent leadership and communication skills OSHA certification preferred
