Russ Hadick & Associates has partnered with a Columbus, Ohio area client to help them search and qualify candidates for their Superintendent position. Our client has been in the general contracting, design build and construction management business for over 60 years. Primary responsibilities of the job include:
- Seeking management experience in general construction
- Experience overseeing all aspects of a project from cradle to grave
- Ability to read and analyze blueprints, manage schedules and financials
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and proven organizational skills
A successful candidate will possess the following:
- Minimum of 5 years of field engineer level experience
- Must have OSHA 10-hour certification (OSHA 30 is preferred)
- Experience in projects of $10 million or more preferred
- Healthcare and hospital construction project experience highly preferred
Salary Range: $100-125K
