Contract Administrator, Staff Augmentation

Role & Responsibilities

We are seeking a Contract Administrator for an advanced energy technology company which would be a great opportunity for someone with experience in federal subcontracts, procurement, and supplier management looking to further their career in government contracting.

•      Administer subcontracts and purchase orders from pre-award (RFP/RFQ, price analysis) through closeout

•      Manage supplier performance, change control, cost, and schedule; resolve receiving and invoice discrepancies

•      Select terms and conditions, partner with Legal on supplier exceptions, and route packages for approval

•      Support federal contracting requirements, including 2 CFR 200, and maintain accurate purchasing files

Essential Qualifications

•      4+ years of procurement and/or contract management experience, including DOD, DOE, or other government contracting

•      Hands-on experience with 2 CFR 200, subcontract administration, and client/supplier relations

•      Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field

Bonus Qualifications

•      Augmented staffing or military experience

•      Nuclear/energy industry experience; knowledge of quality assurance and export control
