LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Temporary Recruiter to provide recruiting support for one of our manufacturing clients. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys sourcing top talent, building candidate pipelines, and partnering with hiring managers in a fast-paced environment. While this is a recruiting role, the primary focus will be on technical sourcing rather than interviewing, as the hiring manager will lead much of the interview process.
Key Responsibilities
Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean searches, networking, referrals, and other recruiting tools.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Conduct proactive candidate outreach and engagement.
Utilize creative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Partner with the hiring manager to support recruiting initiatives and hiring priorities.
Assist with recruiting coordination, candidate communication, and other HR-related projects as assigned.
Support special projects and additional Talent Acquisition initiatives during slower recruiting periods.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
2+ years of recruiting or talent sourcing experience.
Strong technical sourcing skills with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and other sourcing platforms.
Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
Positive, energetic, and collaborative personality with a strong customer-service mindset.
Comfortable supporting recruiting as well as additional HR and Talent Acquisition projects as business needs evolve.
Assignment Details
Approximately 2-month contract assignment (with potential for extension based on business needs).
Fully onsite in the Charlotte, NC area.
Monday-Friday, standard business hours.
Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
