The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, along with demonstrated experience in Software Asset Management (SAM) and the ServiceNow platform.
Key qualifications include:
- Strong experience with ServiceNow, including Software Asset Management and related platform capabilities.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Software Asset Management lifecycle processes, including:
- Software Products and Models
- Software Entitlements and License Management
- Software Contracts and Renewals
- License Reclamation and Optimization
- End-of-Life (EOL)
- Proficiency with ServiceNow Performance Analytics, including dashboard development, KPI reporting, trend analysis, and executive-level metrics.
- Ability to identify automation opportunities, streamline operational processes, and improve data quality and reporting accuracy.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
