The ideal candidate for the position is someone who thrives in a dynamic and fast paced environment with broad discretion to solve problems. The Contracts Administrator is responsible for the management of U.S. Government and commercial contracts throughout the contract lifecycle, from proposal through closeout. This role ensures compliance with company policies, federal regulations, and contractual requirements, while providing business partnership to program management and functional teams. In this role, you will work closely with a talented compliance team, reporting to Director of Contracts and part of the Legal team.

To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder), (iii) Refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or (iv) Asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
