Salary: $120,000 - $145,000

Key Responsibilities for the Controller:

• Lead and oversee the monthly financial close process.
• Perform business analysis, profitability reviews, and operational decision-support reporting.
• Partner with leadership to evaluate strategic initiatives and business opportunities.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities in partnership with the finance team.

Qualifications for the Controller:

• 7+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience with prior leadership experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Experience leading month-end close and financial analysis activities.
