Key Controller Responsibilities:

• Controller will lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close activities.
• 
  
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies across the finance function.
• 
  
• Oversee consolidated reporting and financial performance reviews across business units.
• 
  
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and oversight to the accounting team.

• Deliver financial insights and executive-level analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications for the Controller:

• 
  
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including Controller or Assistant Controller leadership experience.
• 
  
• Strong background in the service or construction industry with expertise in job costing.
• 
  
• Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel.
• 
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 
  
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage financial operations, and support business growth.
