We're seeking a data-driven Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist ready to experiment boldly, harness AI, and drive measurable results for our clients. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of optimizing user journeys, ad-to-page funnels, and landing pages-using advanced analytics, in-house synthetic audience tools, and AI-powered experimentation platforms to lower customer acquisition costs and maximize conversion efficiency.

Your day-to-day will include designing and running A/B and multivariate tests, analyzing user behavior, and collaborating across teams to build high-converting digital experiences. You'll use data and AI not just for reporting, but to uncover actionable insights and shape the evolution of our performance technology-always with an eye on ethical, audience-first outcomes.

What sets you apart:

• 2+ years' hands-on experience in CRO, growth marketing, or digital analytics
• Proficiency with analytics (GA4), user behavior tools (Hotjar, Crazy Egg, Clarity), and testing platforms
• Basic HTML, CSS, and Google Tag Manager skills
• Analytical mindset with a knack for creative problem-solving
• Strong communicator, collaborator, and fast learner-especially with AI and automation
• Comfortable working remotely, flexibly, and with a results-oriented team

The anticipated base salary range for this position is between 72k - 110k annually. Individual base pay may vary within that range depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, relevant education, department equity, training, geography, and local wage and hours laws.
