About the Role:ZZ Foods Inc is looking for a talented and passionate Cook to join our kitchen team in Beverly Hills, CA! Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies before service
- Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices are followed at all times
- Monitor food freshness, rotate stock, and minimize waste
- Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient meal preparation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout the shift
- Assist with receiving and storing food deliveries as needed
Requirements:- Prior experience as a cook, line cook, or prep cook preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards (ServSafe certification a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
- Strong knife skills and familiarity with various cooking techniques
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
