Birdsboro Lodge is looking for a talented and passionate Cook to join their team in Birdsboro, PA! Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meals according to  recipes and quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen workspace at all times
• Monitor food inventory and assist with ordering and stocking supplies as needed
• Follow proper food handling, storage, and safety procedures
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient meal service
• Assist with menu planning and suggest new dishes or improvements
• Ensure portion control and minimize food waste

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Cook, Line Cook, or in a similar food service role preferred
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Food handler's certification or ServSafe certification is a plus
