Job Description
We are seeking a flexible and proactive Cook to join our fast-paced restaurant team in Greensboro, NC. The ideal candidate will have culinary experience and the ability to multitask efficiently while standing for up to 8 hours. This role requires working nights and weekends to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely meal preparation.
Responsibilities
- Cook meals to order following recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain a fast pace in a high-volume kitchen environment.
- Prepare ingredients and perform food prep tasks as needed.
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines, including Serve Safe standards.
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and workspaces to ensure a safe and sanitary environment.
- Use FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory method to manage food stock.
- Work collaboratively as a team member to support kitchen operations.
Qualifications
