Position Summary


The Cook is responsible for preparing fresh, high-quality menu items while maintaining speed, accuracy, and food safety standards. This position plays an essential role in creating a great guest experience and supporting overall restaurant success.


Key Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items according to company recipes and standards
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety procedures
• Support efficient service during peak business periods
• Work collaboratively with front-of-house and kitchen team members
• Assist with food prep, stocking, and kitchen organization
• Follow all operational and quality standards

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is preferred but not required
