As a Cook you will prepare starches and assists with entrée preparation for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Luther Manor cooks follow specific dietary restrictions and provides alternatives for our residents.* Must be 18 years of age* Previous cooking experience* Experience in quantity food production or its' equivalent* Basic math skills when adjusting recipes which includes measuring and scaling* Knowledge of safe and productive use of kitchen machines including mixers, processors, slicers, steamers, and computer-aided ovens* Ability to work in a kitchen environment which includes enduring temperatures ranging from -8 degrees to 100 degrees* Must be able to transport and empty food containers with an average weight of 50 lbs* Reports directly to the Sous-Chef or Executive Chef
