Cook - Part Time - Evening Only

We are looking for a reliable and motivated culinary professional to support evening food service operations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This part-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys preparing high-quality meals, maintaining excellent kitchen standards, and contributing to a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, portioning standards, and quality guidelines
• Set up, organize, and maintain assigned workstations for efficient evening service
• Ensure food is prepared safely, promptly, and consistently to meet service expectations
• Monitor food levels and communicate restocking needs as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils throughout the shift
• Follow proper food handling, storage, and safety procedures at all times
• Work collaboratively with team members to support smooth service and guest satisfaction
• Assist with closing duties, including cleaning, labeling, and securing kitchen areas

Qualifications

• Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred
• Ability to work evening hours on a part-time schedule
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and safety
• Ability to follow instructions, recipes, and operational procedures
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to remain organized and work efficiently in a busy environment
