Cook Position - Chicago, IL 60657

We are excited to announce the opening of a new restaurant in the heart of Lakeview, Chicago, and we are looking for strong Back of House (BOH) cooks to join our team and help make this restaurant a success.

About the Role

As a cook, you will play a key role in preparing delicious dishes including pizza, wings, and Mediterranean cuisine. We are seeking open-minded individuals with experience in these areas who enjoy working hard, having fun, and being part of a great team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items including pizza, wings, and Mediterranean dishes according to recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage long hours on your feet.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience cooking pizza, wings, and Mediterranean food.
• Strong work ethic and open-minded attitude.
• Ability to work and stand for long hours.
• Open availability is a must.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Team player who enjoys a fun and hardworking environment.
