JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for coordinating the liquidation, re-allocation, and disposal of Universal Orlando Resort assets. Organizes and executes Lost and Found Team Member sales activities, maintains asset tracking records, and prepares reporting related to asset recovery and disposition. Ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements while supporting operational and financial objectives.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partner and coordinate with field teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to arrange pickup, disposal, liquidation, or re-allocation of assets.
  • Track incoming and outgoing assets and maintain documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
  • Coordinate collection and processing of Lost and Found items and prepare items for disposition through approved partners.
  • Prepare reports, support leadership reviews, and participate in asset recovery initiatives with operational departments.
  • Conduct field assessments to identify potential asset recovery opportunities and support inventory accuracy.
  • Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 2+ years of experience in asset sales, asset recovery, security operations, inventory control, logistics, or related business operations; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • Knowledge of department administration, safety procedures, Microsoft Office applications, data entry procedures, filing systems, reporting, and planning/scheduling.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and recordkeeping skills required.
