Coordinator - Staffing - Wcmc Staffing Office - Per Diem - 8 Hour - Pm's

Job Description:

Coordinates safe staffing coverage for all units/programs in the Hospital within established budget and applicable contracts. Responsible for daily staffing coverage based on unit acuity and census. Coordinates staff replacements for scheduled PTO approved by Directors.

Experience:

• Staffing Office / Coordinator Preferred

Skills:

• General clerical skills, including Word, Excel and data entry skills.

A high degree of organizational skills, ability to set priorities, manage multiple demands and the ability to complete tasks under strict time lines is required.

• PM shift is 3pm -11:30pm.
• Per Diem candidates must provide availability to work a minimum of 8 shifts per 4 week period.
• Weekend and Holiday availability will be required.
• The finalized schedule is provided 4 weeks in advance.
• Candidates can pick up additional shifts if available.
• Remote/Hybrid work is not available.

Work Shift:

08.0 - Per Diem PM No Waive (United States of America)

Pay Range:

$34.50 - $46.58

Hourly

Offer amounts are based on demonstrated/relevant experience and/or licensure.

Pay will be adjusted to the local market if hired outside of the Bay Area.

Note: Positions at JMH which are exempt (not eligible for overtime) under the level of Manager are listed as hourly for compensation purposes on this posting. The work shift will contain the word 'exempt' on it.
