Corporate Accounting Manager

If you thrive in a team-oriented environment and enjoy process optimization, this is an ideal next step in your career.Key Responsibilities Lead the monthly close for corporate-level entities and core accounting areas (cash, debt, reserves, hedging, allocations)Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analyticsOversee purchase accounting and support statutory reporting requirementsImprove close processes through better use of systems, standard procedures, and automationManage and develop a small corporate accounting teamSupport internal controls testing and strengthen control processesHelp draft and maintain company-wide accounting policiesEnsure compliance with established accounting standards and internal policiesAssist with financial reporting support schedules as neededPartner with external auditors for quarterly and year-end auditsQualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Master's or MBA preferred)CPA strongly preferred6+ years of progressive accounting experienceBig 4 and/or large U.S. public company experience preferredManufacturing industry experience a plusStrong working knowledge of U.S. GAAPProven leadership, team-building, and project-management skillsCurious, proactive mindset with a drive for continuous improvement#J-18808-Ljbffr
