Job Summary
The Corporate Account Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and supporting strategic distribution initiatives within hospital distribution partners, health systems and IDNs. This role serves as the primary liaison between ZOLL, distributor partners, and healthcare customers to ensure alignment on contracting, product utilization, operational efficiencies, and customer satisfaction. This position will ensure effective coordination of activity and communication among the ZOLL teams and related to Corporate Accounts and hospital distributors. These responsibilities include representing ZOLL at professional meetings, functions, and conventions as well as working cross-functionally with other internal departments to maximize ZOLL sales efforts.
The ideal candidate possesses strong knowledge of the healthcare distribution landscape, hospital purchasing processes, and GPO contracting structures, along with the ability to develop and execute growth strategies.
This position will be located in Chicago, IL. This individual will report directly to the Director, North America Corporate Accounts.
Essential Job Functions:
Drive sales in our hospital distributors across all ZOLL businesses
Gather, organize, and analyze information of Corporate Accounts to create plan for growth
Develop and deliver sales presentations addressing customer needs
Develop and manage execution strategies for hospital distributors
Develop and maintain networking relationships with hospital distributors
Influence teams to focus and coordinate their activities to hospital distributor business requirements
Identify, coordinate and assist in the execution of sales programs
Conduct regular meetings to monitor progress toward annual goals
Support participation in local and regional trade exhibitions
Meet and/or exceed business objectives
Develop annual strategic sales plans for accounts to enhance the Company's competitive position and meet customer needs
Maintain effective communications/documentation to enhance interaction among ZOLL sales and marketing teams.
Negotiate, generate, and execute distributor contracts

Required/ Preferred Education and Experience:
B.A. / B.S. or B.S.N Degree Preferred
Five (5) years sales and/or experience, with at least 2 years focusing on hospital distribution, medical distribution, or healthcare supply chain sales. Experience working with GPOs is preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Demonstrated track record for sales growth and new business development
Broad knowledge of marketing and sales principles and techniques
Ability to implement sales strategies

Demonstrated ability to build effective business relationships

The "at plan" compensation (Base Salary + Variable Incentive Compensation) for this position is:
$230,000.00 which includes a base salary of $130,000.00 and commission in accordance with the company''s sales compensation plan.
