Surge Staffing is seeking a Corporate Client Relationship Manager to join our growing team. In this client-focused role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for key corporate accounts, building long-term partnerships while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will work closely with clients to understand their workforce needs, provide strategic staffing solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, serving as their trusted advisor.
- Manage a portfolio of existing accounts while identifying opportunities to expand partnerships.
- Conduct regular client meetings, business reviews, and site visits to ensure satisfaction and address evolving workforce needs.
- Collaborate with recruiting, operations, and leadership teams to deliver customized staffing solutions.
- Proactively resolve client concerns and ensure timely, effective communication.
- Monitor account performance, analyze client trends, and recommend strategies to improve service and retention.
- Identify opportunities for additional services and business growth within existing accounts.
- Maintain accurate client records and activity within the CRM system.
- Represent Surge Staffing professionally at client meetings, networking events, and industry functions.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in client relationship management, account management, customer success, or business development.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, customer-first mindset.
- Experience managing multiple client relationships in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally while working independently.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Preferred: Experience within the staffing, recruiting, workforce solutions, or B2B services industry.
