As Corporate Events Manager, you'll be responsible for planning and executing impactful internal events and supporting larger field and external programs across the Americas. You'll be part of a collaborative Events & Design team that's united in beauty, supported by those who are equally passionate about delivering meaningful, on‑brand experiences. Lead end‑to‑end planning and execution of small to medium‑scale live, virtual, and hybrid events Independently manage events from concept through completion while contributing to large, multi‑day conferences Partner closely with internal business stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact Manage all event logistics, including timelines, budgets, registration, travel, hotels, production, and staffing Source, negotiate, contract, and manage vendors and venues while maintaining budget accountability Oversee onsite execution, including managing event staff, volunteers, and production schedules Coordinate pre‑production planning, run‑of‑show development, and internal alignment meetings Troubleshoot issues in real time and proactively mitigate event risks Deliver post‑event reporting, including budget reconciliation, attendance data, surveys, and insights Occasional evenings and weekends based on event schedule Up to 15% travel required 5-6 years of corporate or agency event production experience 3-4 years of experience producing small to medium‑scale conferences end to end 2+ years of experience leading and producing virtual or hybrid events Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field Strong project and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams Proven budget management experience across programs ranging from $50K to $1M Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using event management and virtual event platforms #LI-AZ1
