About Our Client
This top ranked firm has offices across the US and globally. This is a hybrid position 3-4 days in office in LA.
Job Description- Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and reports with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage attorney calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements as required.
- Handle filing and organization of legal documents, both electronically and physically, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and other team members to provide updates and facilitate smooth workflows.
- Assist in billing processes, including preparing invoices and tracking billable hours.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to all compliance requirements.
- Support the preparation of presentations and reports for internal and external use.
- Provide general administrative support to the legal team as needed.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Corporate Legal Secretary should have: - 3+ years of experience in legal administrative support - ideally supporting large teams of attorneys.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
- Familiarity with legal terminology and document preparation processes.
- A proactive mindset and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- A high level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
