SUMMARY:The Senior Compensation Analyst plays a key role in designing, implementing, and managing our compensation programs to ensure competitiveness, fairness, and alignment with organizational objectives. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Utilize advanced analytical techniques and tools to analyze compensation data, identify trends, and provide insights to support decision-making. Prepare regular reports and for senior leadership on compensation-related metrics and trends.Lead annual salary planning processes, including merit increases, promotions, and adjustments. Develop tools, guidelines, and communication materials to support managers in making salary decisions.Collaborate with management and HR leadership to implement processes to drive compensation strategies that support the organization's goals and objectives.Provide a timely resolution regarding all compensation inquiries to include FLSA compliance. Maintain compensation programs and systems including grade assignments, internal equity, and job description library.Conduct and participate in the completion of salary surveys. Research, collect, and analyze market data and analyze internal salary relationships.Develop and assist in training related to FLSA classification and compensation.Creates, reviews, and evaluates job descriptions.Audit compensation data to ensure integrity and consistency within the program.Lead administration and development of salary ranges, geographic differentials and merit and bonus programs.Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations and company policies and procedures.May be responsible for leading and mentoring less experienced team members, providing training, coaching, and guidance to help develop their skills and expertise SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:N/A
