- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Business, IT, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales, cybersecurity sales, SaaS sales, or account executive roles.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, simulation environments, and cyber range applications.
- Ability to present complex technical concepts clearly, conduct demos, and engage with technical decision-makers.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working with government, military, or academic institutions preferred.
Full Sales Cycle Ownership
- Take qualified opportunities from the BDR and guide prospects through discovery, evaluation, and purchase.
- Deliver CRaaS demos that showcase threat simulation, hands-on lab environments, SOC exercises, and performance analytics.
- Develop customized proposals and pricing aligned with client training goals, workforce readiness needs, and cybersecurity programs.
- Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure smooth contract execution.
Client Relationship Development
- Build strong, long-term relationships with CISOs, cybersecurity directors, IT leaders, and training managers.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on topics such as cyber workforce development, simulation-based training, and cyber readiness.
- Oversee successful onboarding and transition clients to the delivery or customer success teams.
Technical & Market Expertise
- Maintain a firm understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, cyber skills development requirements, and industry threats.
- Stay informed of competitive offerings, cyber training standards, and market shifts affecting cyber range adoption.
- Provide internal feedback to improve product positioning, feature roadmap, and demo processes.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with the BDR to optimize lead qualification and improve pipeline generation.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to refine CRaaS messaging and solution delivery.
- Track activities and revenue forecasts using CRM tools and provide regular reporting to leadership.

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to lead the full sales cycle for our Cyber Range as a Service (CRaaS) solution. The Account Executive will take qualified leads from the Business Development Representative and conduct in-depth discovery, deliver technical demos, develop proposals, close deals, and manage early-stage client relationships. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of cybersecurity concepts and can effectively communicate the value of simulation-based training environments to both technical and executive audiences.
