Pay: $9.50–$14/hr · Weekly pay. Starting pay is based on your availability, and evening and weekend availability earns more. Plus, raises every 90 days for your first 18 months.

Schedule: Evenings until 11:00 PM, weeknights and weekends. Daytime kitchen shifts also available.

Free after school or your day job? Spend your evenings on the grill making ButterBurgers® fresh to order, then close the kitchen down with a crew that has your back.

Still in school? You're welcome here! To work until 11 PM on school nights, you just need parent/guardian permission. Make sure they'll approve before applying for a closing position.

What you'll do...

• Grill, fry, and build made-to-order meals during the dinner rush
• Follow Culver's recipes and food-safety standards every order
• Break down and clean the kitchen at close
• Restock so the morning crew starts strong

What we're looking for...

• Available evenings until 11 PM, including weekends
• Takes direction well and keeps a fast pace
• Ability to focus on tasks and enjoys repetition
• Reliable transportation

In 1984, Craig and Lea Culver, along with Craig’s parents George and Ruth, opened the very first Culver's in the family’s beloved hometown of Sauk City, Wisconsin, and began serving ButterBurgers® and Frozen Custard.
Craveable as our signature combination is, the Culver family knew right away that although the business is centered around the food, it is really about the people.
