Custodian - El Paso

Position summary

Perform daily and periodic custodial and janitorial cleaning at a secure Federal facility in the El Paso area, to the contract quality standards.

Essential duties

• Daily cleaning (Monday to Friday) with restrooms cleaned twice daily: restroom cleaning and sanitation and resupply, trash removal, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and glass (PWS 3.18 to 3.21).

• Weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and semi-annual tasks: detail cleaning, appliance cleaning, high dusting above 70 inches, machine scrubbing, and floor strip, wax, and refinish (PWS 3.22 to 3.25).

• Restock restroom consumables; police entrances, lobbies, and corridors; as-required and utility tasks (PWS 3.26).

• Operate vacuums, floor machines, and extractors safely; use chemicals per label and safety data sheets.

• Follow all conduct, safety, and security requirements; wear the company uniform and DEA-approved badge; do not touch or disturb Government materials.
