RESPONSIBILITIES Fabricate and assemble high quality, high reliability wire harnesses and electro-mechanical assemblies Ensures that all work performed is properly and completely documented in preparation for QA inspection Demonstrates effective harness repair techniques using acceptable practices including splicing, soldering, and pinning of wiring Read and interpret planning documents, process controls, schematics, wiring diagrams, specifications, drawings, manuals, blueprints, and engineering sketches Provide feedback to engineering on quality, discrepancy identification and manufacturing and design improvements Comply with the company FOD program, tool control program, 5-S program, and all safety regulations Self-monitor work progress against area benchmarks and achieve on time delivery of all work QUALIFICATIONS Required 1-2 years related work experience in wire harness assembly or box and battery assembly.
