In this role, you’ll collaborate with Customer Account Executive's and Carrier Account Representative's to deliver exceptional transportation solutions for our clients. Your goal: build and maintain a resilient Book of Business by managing daily shipments and fostering strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
 

• Drive sales by proactively reaching out to new and existing clients via phone and email.
• Negotiate with shippers and collaborate with the Carrier Sales Team to manage daily shipments.
• Build strong relationships with clients to identify and meet their transportation needs.
• Hit and exceed sales targets with strategic thinking and initiative.
   

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in transportation sales or a similar field.
• Drive & Determination: Be hungry for success with a strong sense of urgency and discipline.
• Coachable & Motivated: Willingness to learn and adapt.
• Strong Negotiator: Able to handle conflicts with professionalism and tact.
• Customer-Centric: Passion for delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships.
• Organized & Focused: Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
   

Schedule: Monday to Friday, with some weekend availability.
